Nick Fernez has practiced law throughout the great state of North Carolina for more than a decade. Originally from Arizona, Nick spent most of his early life in Wake County. His legal career began in Wilmington working at a multi-state law firm where he developed a strong foundation in real property law. From that foundation, Nick has gained valuable experience practicing law in many related areas: Estate planning, estate administration & probate, guardianship, and Medicaid planning & applications. When representing clients, Nick seeks to understand the unique facts that set each circumstance apart and examine the available legal solutions. After dedicating several years to practicing law in Wilmington, Nick relocated to the Triangle. Nick and his wife live in Johnston County with their two children.
